Sync biblatex entries and fields with v3.15

* lisp/textmodes/bibtex.el (bibtex-BibTeX-entry-alist): Fix
abbreviation of PhD.
(bibtex-biblatex-entry-alist, bibtex-biblatex-field-alist): Sync
standard entry and field types with those described in the biblatex
v3.15 manual of 2020-08-19 (bug#44322).
